Password requirements - New password:
- Must be at least fifteen (15) characters and not longer than thirty (30) characters.
- Cannot contain your name or your company's name.
- Must contain at least one character from all of the following categories:
- Lower case character (a through z)
- Upper case character (A through Z)
- Number (0 through 9)
- Special character (@,#,$,%,^,&,+) - these are the only special characters allowed.
- Cannot contain more than two consecutive repeating characters.
- Cannot be exactly the same as one you've used before.
- Expires after 180 days.
Change Password Instructions:
New or first time users:
- Type username in the "Username" box (first box).
- Type new temporary password privded by BPMI in the "Old password" box (second box).
- Type new password in the "New password" box (third box). *Note: Plese ensure the password meets the requirements listed above.
- Retype new password in the "Confirm new password" box (last box).
- Click "Submit" when done.
Existing Users:
- Type username in the "Username" box (first box).
- Type current password in the "Old password" box (second box).
- Type new password in the "New password" box (third box). *Note: Please ensure password meets the requirements listed above.
- Retype new password in the "Confirm new password" box (last box).
- Click "Submit" when done.
